We are Jane Owens and Helen Flack and we have more than 30 years of experience in business training and consultancy across organisations all over the world.
We’ve worked with airlines, banks and builders. We’ve worked in IT, Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure … in reality we’ve worked in pretty much every industry!
We work hard to understand what it’s like to work in a call centre, a shop, an accountants and in local, regional and national government offices. Understand the issues.
We help people that sell face to face, deal with customers online, handle complaints, lead remote teams, speak at professional engagements. Every job is different.
And every person is different. Over our time in business, it’s difficult to calculate the number of people we’ve worked with, but it will be in the thousands.
