You may have concerns about how the world of business has moved on since you were last in a workplace, or what skills you have forgotten about that will be important when you go back to work. We understand and we want to help. We do this together.

Be honest with yourself, yet also consider that sometimes the world hasn’t moved on as much as you might think! To achieve the success that you are looking for, we believe there are two areas of focus;

Tailor your learning by choosing individual modules or pick our Business Boost bundle for a six-month boost to your self-confidence as you step back into the workplace!
Each Individual session costs just £199.00 and includes one virtual Coaching session with one of our business experts.
The Business Boost allows you to select up to four individual modules. It includes the modules sent to you over six months, each one supported by a virtual Drop-In Clinic and costs £750.00 for six months.

How we can help
Confidence comes through knowledge.
Our skills modules are designed to coach you through a skill and give you the support you need to build your confidence and help you secure your first job, as well as step into the workplace for the first time. These bite-size sessions will test your understanding and give you knowledge that will close your skills gap and build your confidence.
We use our own skills and knowledge of workplace business training across the globe to build these modules.
Making Learning Last
We want to get as close to the face-to-face training that we have been delivering globally for years, so we also use our own methodology to ensure learning lasts.
We Ask participants to reflect and appraise what they know already, we establish a starting point for learning the size of the skills gap.
We Teach the skill using assignments, videos, quizzes and animations to break up content and increase engagement.
We Talk about the themes of the modules in our Coaching Sessions and Drop-in Clinics. Learners can check understanding and challenge ideas, as well as asking for advice, from course creators, Jane Owens and Helen Flack.
We Support learners to build their confidence in the skills that they learn.
